Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the hire-to-retire lifecycle in Workday, ensuring timely completion and high standards.
  • Lead cross-functional efforts to drive successful product launches, fostering collaboration across teams.
  • Elevate the employee experience and optimize interactions with Workday, prioritizing user efficiency and satisfaction.
  • Represent the Workday platform in the HR landscape, serving as a primary point of contact.
  • Partner with business leaders and People Engineering teams to align on objectives and programs, ensuring collective understanding and goals.
  • Research, design, develop, test, and deliver new Workday functionality, driving innovation and improvement.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience implementing or managing solutions in Workday, with extensive knowledge of its capabilities and integrations.
  • 4+ years of experience configuring Workday HCM, with demonstrated technical expertise and ability to integrate with multiple applications.
  • 2+ years of experience supporting other Workday products (Recruiting, Compensation, Talent, Performance, Learning), showcasing versatility and adaptability.
  • Deep HR domain expertise, enabling the translation of business objectives into actionable technical solutions.
  • Ability to thrive in complex environments, navigating challenges with poise and success.
  • A proactive focus on quality and execution, ensuring timely delivery and high standards.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, providing a solid foundation in programming principles and software development.
  • Workday Pro certification in a relevant HCM track, demonstrating specialized knowledge and skills.
  • Expertise in promoting best practices and standardization, leveraging skills to improve workflows and processes.
  • Sophisticated understanding of integration technologies and custom tools leveraging Workday APIs, driving innovation and efficiency.
