Job Title: Senior IT Asset Management Trainer

Drive compliance, cost optimization, and lifecycle governance of IT assets as a seasoned professional.

  1. Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of IT assets, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and retirement.
  2. Oversee Hardware Asset Management (HAM) processes for accurate inventory tracking, asset optimization, and governance.
  3. Lead Software Asset Management (SAM) programs ensuring license compliance, audit readiness, and effective vendor management.
  4. Implement Cloud Insights practices to monitor, optimize, and report on cloud consumption and costs.
  5. Maintain and govern Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and asset repositories, ensuring accuracy and compliance with IT governance standards.
  6. Collaborate with procurement, finance, and IT teams for cost-effective asset management and reporting.
  7. Conduct audits, reconciliations, and risk assessments to identify and mitigate IT asset-related risks.
  8. Train, coach, and mentor junior staff on IT Asset Management processes, compliance, and tools.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives within IT asset management.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in IT Asset Management platforms and frameworks, as well as the ability to train and mentor junior staff in industry best practices.
