Oracle Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Service Engineers play a pivotal role in the entire product lifecycle, from development to retirement.

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Oracle PLM Service Engineer. This individual will be responsible for providing level one support for Oracle Cloud PLM-Product Development (PD) / Product Data Hub (PDH).

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion product life cycle configurations, customization management, and support. They will perform API integration testing, configure Oracle PDH application components, and deliver post-production support/hypercare services.

Additionally, the successful candidate will create custom reports using Oracle tools, perform root cause analysis on recurring issues, execute Agile data migration processes, and conduct quarterly configuration and patch validations/testing.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing level one support for Oracle Cloud PLM-PD/PDH
  • Performing API integration testing and configuring Oracle PDH application components
  • Delivering post-production support/hypercare services
  • Creating custom reports using Oracle tools
  • Performing root cause analysis on recurring issues
  • Executing Agile data migration processes
  • Conducting quarterly configuration and patch validations/testing

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud PLM solutions
  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle management principles
  • Proficiency in Oracle PDH application configurations
  • Knowledge of API integration and testing methodologies (patch testing)
  • Experience with custom reports development using oracle tools
  • Background in Agile data migration techniques
  • Ability to validate and test system configuration and patches
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication abilities with both technical and business stakeholders
