Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented engineer to manage user lifecycle activities within customer environments. This role ensures secure and efficient user management while supporting day-to-day IT operations.

The ideal candidate will have working knowledge of Google Workspace, Slack administration, Jira ticketing systems, and basic experience with license management across multiple SaaS products.

This role involves executing onboarding and offboarding procedures for users across customer environments, creating, modifying, and deactivating user accounts in Google Workspace, managing user and channel access in Slack, and handling user provisioning tasks in Jira.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assigning and removing user licenses across multiple SaaS applications, following SOPs to ensure consistency, security, and compliance across user lifecycle tasks, and collaborating with internal teams, partners, and escalating issues to L2 or OEMs when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 6 months–2 years of experience in IT support, onboarding/offboarding, or helpdesk roles.
  • Basic understanding of Google Workspace.
  • Working knowledge of Slack user and workspace administration.
  • Familiarity with Jira or equivalent ticketing systems.
  • Basic knowledge of license management across common SaaS platforms.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Execute onboarding and offboarding procedures for users across customer environments.
  2. Create, modify, and deactivate user accounts in Google Workspace.
  3. Manage user and channel access in Slack, including permissions and integrations.
  4. Handle user provisioning tasks in Jira and other ITSM ticketing tools.
  5. Assign and remove user licenses across multiple SaaS applications.
  6. Follow SOPs to ensure consistency, security, and compliance across user lifecycle tasks.
  7. Collaborate with internal teams, partners, and escalate issues to L2 or OEMs when required.
  8. Maintain accurate records of account status and license allocations.
