
Dynamic Employee Relations Leader Wanted

We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of Employee Relations Manager at one of our Development Centers. This key position will play a pivotal part in executing the organization's vision, culture, and business objectives.
Main Responsibilities:
- Streamline Employee Onboarding and Integration processes
- Foster a Positive Work Environment and uphold organizational culture standards
- Broaden the DC brand presence and ensure Business Continuity at all times
- Cultivate High-Performance Teams and Promote Diversity and Inclusivity
- Protect Organizational Interests and take Disciplinary Action as needed
- Implement Enterprise-Wide Rewards and Recognition programs and Develop Solutions to Enhance Performance, Retention, and Employee Experience
- Manage Employee Grievances – Anti-Sexual Harassment, Workplace Concerns
- Lead Health & Wellness Initiatives
- Create Effective Communication Channels for Management-Employee Interactions

Key Qualifications:
- MBA/PGDM/MHRM/MSW or Equivalent
- 11-17 years of Relevant Experience
