About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Sales Manager to lead our profitable sales acquisition and client retention efforts for the Mobility business of International Travel House Limited.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in managing key external partners, driving sales growth, and developing business strategies to expand ITH's share in shared accounts. The role will be based in Delhi NCR and will require the incumbent to work closely with internal stakeholders to meet shared objectives around profitable client retention and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and acquiring new business for the company, consistently delivering on sales targets, and personally leading the sales efforts for large/key clients.
  • Developing business strategies and plans towards profitable customer retention and expansion of ITH's share in shared accounts, owning the implementation of such plans.
  • Maintaining a strong pipeline of prospects and following the sales process with the required rigor, implementing a robust sales governance framework, including regular review and feedback processes.
  • Upselling and cross-selling various Products/Service Offerings of the Company to new prospects and existing clients, proactively assessing, clarifying, and validating customer needs and priorities on an ongoing basis.
  • Remaining informed about industry developments, RFI/RFP opportunities, competition activity, and product knowledge.
  • Building relationships and managing suppliers and vendors to deliver value to customers and meet company revenue objectives.
  • Providing effective leadership to the Sales team and ensuring Sales resources are fully aligned with the sales acquisition strategies, plans, and targets.
  • Ensuring familiarization of the sales team on new market/competitive developments, product, and service enhancements.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's Degree preferably an MBA.
  • 10-15 years of relevant experience in Mobility Sales and Client Management. Experience preferably in a traditional Mobility company will be preferred.
  • A proven people leader with extensive experience managing teams is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with Sales pipeline and forecasting CRM tools e.g., Salesforce.com.
