Key Responsibilities:
  • Franchise & IFA Acquisition: Identify and acquire Authorized Persons and Independent Financial Advisors to expand the partner network.
  • Build and scale the IFA Channel, providing tools, training, and support to grow their business.
  • Manage long-term relationships with sub-brokers, APs, and IFAs through consistent engagement and performance support.
  • Establish governance frameworks for compliance, regulatory standards, and internal policies.
