
Sales Director

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop sales strategies to drive business growth across North India region.
- Lead operational excellence initiatives to improve customer acquisition.
- Establish strong relationships with end users and channel partners to boost revenue.
- Set both short-term and long-term sales goals, monitoring achievements and taking necessary actions to ensure targets are met.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, advances, and shifts in customer/channel/competitor strategies to maintain a leadership position.
- Engage in team management and direct interaction with prospects, customers, and partners to foster teamwork and create a positive work environment.
- Identify and forecast potential sales opportunities for company-supported products and services.
- Develop a team of sales professionals as the business grows, ensuring alignment with specific objectives required for success.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Engineering degree or similar with at least 10 years of relevant sales experience selling IOT, KVM, or AV solutions.
- Industry experience across any two of these verticals: Government and Defence, Military, Mining, Broadcast, Data Centres, Utility, or Retail, Transportation.
- Proven success driving consistent revenue growth year-over-year.
- Solid track record of managing and leading best-in-class sales teams.
- Related experience in Northern India markets is required.
- Ability to travel frequently.
Key Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skills:
- Strong leadership skills with excellent written and oral communication abilities.
- Proven history of success driving sales and business growth within a turnaround environment.
- Proven ability to develop and implement a Channel Program within the North India region.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of business financials, P&L statements, and ROI analysis.
- Strong organizational skills to multi-task demanding priorities.
- Ability to understand customer buying processes and drivers.
- Ability to establish and maintain CXO level relationships with customers in key markets.
