Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and engaging professional to lead client demo sessions, drive pre-sales engagement, and collaborate with sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct tailored product demos that address client pain points and accelerate the sales process.
  • Qualify leads and identify key decision-makers who can propel our business forward.
  • Manage pre-sales follow-ups and nurture high-intent prospects through effective communication and relationship-building.
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to accelerate deal progression and achieve mutual goals.
  • Track demo feedback and relay actionable insights to product and marketing teams to inform future strategies.

Requirements:

  • 3–6 years of experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or product demos, preferably within HRTech or SaaS industries.
  • Strong communication, storytelling, and consultative skills that enable you to simplify complex features into tangible business value.
  • Experience with CRM and sales automation tools to streamline processes and enhance collaboration.
  • Able to distill intricate information into concise and compelling narratives that resonate with clients.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Exposure to Talent Intelligence, ATS, or HR workflows to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Prior experience working in fast-paced startup environments where adaptability and resilience are essential.
