Client Partnership Director

We are seeking an experienced Client Partnership Director to foster strong client relationships, drive business growth, and ensure seamless delivery of staffing solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client relationship management, workforce planning, and business engagement with 5–10 years of proven experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring effective communication and relationship management.
  • Understand client requirements, workforce planning needs, and hiring strategies to deliver suitable solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal recruitment and delivery teams to ensure timely and quality fulfillment of client needs.
  • Drive client satisfaction through regular reviews, feedback sessions, and issue resolution.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth, cross-selling, and upselling staffing and recruitment services.
  • Develop client-specific engagement plans to build long-term partnerships and achieve revenue targets.
  • Maintain and present reports on account performance, hiring trends, and client feedback.
  • Stay updated on staffing industry trends, labour market insights, and competitor activities.
