Job Title: Client Servicing Director

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead client relationships and execution across creative and marketing projects.

This role demands a strong communicator with advertising agency experience, an eye for detail, and the ability to align strategic brand objectives with compelling creative work.

The candidate will be based in Bangalore and support business development across South India.

About This Role
  • Work closely with client teams to understand their business strategies, marketing goals, and day-to-day requirements.
  • Act as a bridge between the client and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and on-time execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop brand strategy, digital marketing plans, and execution timelines.
  2. Translate client briefs into actionable work plans across digital and offline platforms.
  3. Collaborate with the content and creative teams to deliver structured, engaging content and campaign creatives.
  4. Oversee the end-to-end development process — from research, creative concepts, artwork, documentation, to final rollout.
  5. Review and edit content, artwork, and campaign messaging to ensure alignment with brand tone and objectives.
  6. Present creative concepts to clients, capture feedback, and ensure timely iterations.
  7. Identify and pitch to new potential clients, contributing to business expansion.

Requirements

  • 8–12 years of experience in client servicing/account management in an advertising or marketing agency.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and client relationships simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of digital and offline marketing workflows.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience managing creative/content workflows and internal coordination.
  • Familiarity with the Bangalore market and regional sensibilities is a plus.
  • Ability to lead client discussions with confidence and strategic insight.
