**Job Description:**

We are looking for a seasoned Customer Success Team Lead - Digital Advertising to oversee our account services team and foster strong relationships with our clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving strategic partnerships and ensuring successful campaign execution.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and maintain strategic client relationships.
  • Drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify new business opportunities.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in account management or customer service.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving client satisfaction.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

The estimated salary for this role is $150,000 - $220,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
