Customer Support Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead and manage our customer support team efficiently. This position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience as a support manager and at least 3 years of experience in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM).
The ideal candidate should have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team to achieve specific goals and objectives within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs). The successful candidate will also possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively manage escalations and customer calls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a customer support team to complete specific tasks and projects within defined SLAs.
- Manage escalations and customer calls effectively, providing high-quality solutions.
- Coordinate communication between stakeholders and customers, delivering necessary information in a timely manner.
**Salary:** ₹8,50,000 - ₹12,00,000 per annum
