Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Uniresources Services Pvt. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys multitasking, problem-solving, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinating Departmental Activities: Manage and coordinate jobs between several departments within Verizon, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration among teams.
  • Supervising Junior Attorneys: Supervise junior attorneys with managing caseloads, calendar appearances, and procedures necessary for litigating cases, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Maintaining SharePoint Site: Maintain the global SharePoint site for the GPPO department, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is available to all stakeholders.
  • Quality Control: Produce quality braking systems for various models for Honda, adhering to strict quality standards and regulations.
  • Inventory Management: Stock hardware, home lines, and apparel departments, ensuring optimal inventory levels and minimizing stockouts or overstocking.
  • Customer Service: Handle customer frustrations or poor attitudes with grace and patience, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Problem-Solving: Handle business problems and possible mistakes with patience and sensitivity, finding solutions that benefit both the company and customers.
  • Daily Reporting: Formulate daily reporting in JDE and SharePoint for invoice hold resolution, tracking progress and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Training and Development: Attend annual training on HIPAA, infection control, CPR, and MOAB, staying up-to-date on industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Talent Development: Help build a strong, mentally tough, hard-working type of character, mentoring and guiding team members to achieve their full potential.
  • Claims Processing: Prepare, process, and collect Medicaid, Medicare, and third-party insurance claims, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
