About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Support Specialist to provide comprehensive support to our senior management team. The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced environment, managing schedules, handling communication, and coordinating administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule Management: Coordinate, manage, and optimize schedules, appointments, and meetings for the executive team.
  • Communication: Act as a point of contact between executives, internal teams, and external clients, drafting, reviewing, and managing emails and communications on behalf of senior leaders.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Prepare, edit, and organize documents, presentations, and reports, maintaining records and ensuring all documentation is up to date.
  • Travel Arrangements: Organize travel logistics, including flight bookings, accommodations, and itineraries, and manage expense reports.
  • Project Assistance: Support various projects by organizing relevant data, scheduling follow-ups, and ensuring alignment with project timelines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
  • 1 year of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling tools; experience with CRM software is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity.
