They will analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities and provide exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and market share growth
  • Analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities
  • Leading, mentoring, and managing the sales team to ensure high performance and achievement of sales goals
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients

Requirements for this role include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • 10+ years of sales experience in the freight forwarding or logistics industry, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Strong knowledge of freight forwarding operations, regulations, and market dynamics
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
