About the Role
Account Executives lead new business opportunities within specific verticals like BFSI, Retail, Hospitality, FMCG, Education, or Real Estate, positioning the company as a strategic CX partner.
Key Responsibilities
- Revenue Growth: Identify and reach out to potential clients in your specialized vertical using email, LinkedIn, industry forums, events, and cold calling.
- Client Engagement: Schedule meetings with key stakeholders and decision-makers within the target vertical and tailor engagement strategies.
- Discovery & Consultation: Conduct consultative discovery calls to understand client-specific challenges and translate customer pain points into opportunities where measurable value can be delivered.
- Pipeline & Forecasting: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities and keep CRM records updated with lead status, meeting notes, and deal progress.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of new business acquisition with deep understanding of vertical-specific needs and buying cycles.
- Experience in conducting discovery, demos, and closing deals in a consultative selling model.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills across multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams.
