Job Title: Senior Associate
Job Description:
This is a senior-level position that involves managing and executing primary research deliverables to add value to clients globally.
As a Senior Associate, you will gain a fundamental understanding of our business model and client base through close coordination with senior members of the research team while executing immediate client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow client accounts by developing a strong understanding of their evolving priorities, ensuring seamless project execution, and identifying opportunities to strengthen relationships and expand business.
- Learn our business processes and assist with high-level project execution by identifying and engaging with top-tier professionals capable of providing valuable industry insights.
- Learn and uphold our compliance policies and procedures to protect the integrity of client engagements.
- Build your understanding of client strategies, industry verticals, and value chains to effectively source and vet the most relevant experts for client projects.
- Coordinate and confirm key interactions between clients and our network members, ensuring timely and seamless communication.
- Proactively engage with our network members to assess their expertise and gauge their fit on client projects.
- Expand our expert network by identifying and recruiting new professionals through strategic lead generation and outreach via phone, email, and other channels.
- Excel in a dynamic work environment, efficiently managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Develop a working knowledge of various industries to improve project and product service quality.
- Develop a deep understanding of various industries and sectors through exposure to a diverse range of client projects.
- Strengthen your ability to solve complex business challenges through structured analytical thinking, critical reasoning, and innovative problem-solving.
- Develop strong, transferable business skills, including communication, time management, negotiating, problem solving, project management, research, and the ability to achieve monthly/quarterly performance targets.
- Closely collaborate with regional and global teams to drive revenue growth and contribute to our organization's broader commercial goals.
- Mentor and guide our associates on best practices.
- Postgraduate or graduate degree from a reputable university.
- 4-6 years of work experience, ideally in B2B client servicing and business development roles.
- Excellent communication and interaction skills, including demonstrated oral, written, and presentation abilities in a business-focused setting using various communication channels.
- General understanding, awareness, and interest in corporate, consulting, and financial markets.
- Demonstrated entrepreneurial/leadership skills.
- Experience interacting with senior executives.
- Ability to work effectively independently and/or collaboratively in a team.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively, while ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Demonstrate the ability and initiative to handle increasing responsibility over time.
- Willingness to work flexible and extended hours as needed.
- Successful track record of working in a dynamic environment, often accompanied by stringent deadlines.
