Job Responsibilities

The Invoicing Coordinator will be responsible for educating suppliers on our process and requirements for approved invoices. They will raise purchase orders, seek approval, and notify suppliers. The coordinator will also issue purchase orders that include all terms and conditions, receive supplier invoices, and cross-verify them with supplier proposals. They will ensure proof is provided for services delivered and approve or reject invoices accordingly.

The Invoicing Coordinator will follow up with procurement and finance to ensure approved invoices are scheduled for payment. They will also resolve supplier/customer queries related to payments and billing efficiently. Basic IT software skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, are required, with working knowledge of Salesforce being an advantage.

The coordinator will manage collection and overdue summaries, chasing customers for overdue payments. They will be responsible for account receivables and reconciliation with payables, working closely with the finance team to resolve reconciliation-related queries. Escalations will be managed, and complete root cause analysis (RCA) will be performed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience in accounts receivable, finance, or a related field is essential, with basic IT software skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 0-2 years of experience are preferred. You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have excellent time management and organizational skills.
