Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Invoicing Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire invoicing process from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate payment to our suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Educate suppliers on our invoicing requirements and ensure they comply with our policies.
  • Raise purchase orders in our prescribed systems, seek approval, and notify suppliers.
  • Issue purchase orders to suppliers that include all terms and conditions.
  • Receive supplier invoices and cross-verify them with supplier proposals, ensuring proof of services delivered and approving or rejecting invoices.
  • Follow up with procurement and finance teams to ensure approved invoices are scheduled for payment.
  • Resolve supplier and customer queries related to payment and billing efficiently.
  • Manage collections and overdue summaries, chasing customers for overdue payments.
  • Ensure account receivables and reconciliation with payables are accurately managed.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to resolve reconciliation-related queries.
  • Manage escalations and complete root cause analysis (RCA).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 0-2 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Basic IT skills, including knowledge of Salesforce (a plus).

Estimated Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year.
