Job Title: Strategic Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to lead our team in delivering strategic operations solutions to clients.

Job Description:

The role involves anchoring engagement work streams independently, guiding and developing junior team members, and taking ownership of key strategic and financial analyses.

  • Leading client discussions and proposal creation efforts
  • Conducting market sizing, competitive benchmarking, business plan testing, financial modeling, and deal risk analysis
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

5-7 years of management consulting experience with a research/consulting firm, MBA from a Tier 1 institute, strong analytical skills, structured problem solving abilities, impeccable oral and written communication skills, keen interest in strategy and finance.
