We are seeking a seasoned Business Development and Growth Strategist to join our team at AppEQ. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business development and growth strategies to drive customer retention and growth.

About the Role

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customers get maximum value from our platform.

  • You will develop and implement customer segmentation, health scoring models, and workflow automation to streamline success operations.
  • Analyze customer health, product usage, and engagement trends using our platform, delivering data-backed recommendations to improve adoption, retention, and upsell.
  • You will also create custom reports and dashboards for customers using Metabase, SQL, and NoSQL queries to provide actionable insights.
About You

To succeed in this role, you should have 2-4 years of experience in customer success, CS Ops, or data analytics roles. Your technical skills should include hands-on experience with customer data analysis, dashboarding, and visualization tools such as Metabase or Tableau.

In addition to your technical expertise, you should possess strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and storytelling abilities to engage with customers and stakeholders effectively.
