Drive business growth as a Senior Business Strategist working closely with senior leadership to develop and execute B2B sales strategies.

This is not a front-line sales role, but rather a strategic position focused on program governance, reporting, and customer engagement tracking, ensuring visibility and alignment across B2B sales initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data analysis and presentation tools like Excel and PowerPoint, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and be organized and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing executive-level presentations for B2B Sales customer meetings, leadership sessions, and board reviews.
  • Analyzing customer engagement data across sales teams and business units to present a unified view to leadership.
  • Preparing weekly/quarterly business reports for senior leadership by coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Tracking key sales programs and initiatives, ensuring timely follow-ups and execution support.
  • Supporting senior leadership in strategic decision-making through clear, data-driven insights.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • MBA preferred (Engineering/Technical background is a plus).
  • 2–4 years of experience in B2B Sales program management, corporate strategy, consulting, or sales operations.
  • Mandatory B2B Sales experience (exposure to customer-facing business environments).
