Job Title: Senior Operations Strategist

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business strategies, plans, and procedures that align with our company goals.
  • Set comprehensive performance objectives and oversee their implementation.
  • Establish policies that promote a positive company culture and vision.
  • Oversee daily operations, including managing executives (IT, Marketing, Sales, Finance, etc.)
  • Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication.
  • Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics.
  • Collaborate with the CEO on fundraising ventures and expansion activities.
  • Manage relationships with partners and vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience in senior leadership roles, with a focus on operations management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience developing and implementing operational strategies and initiatives.
  • Knowledge of business process optimization, supply chain management, and logistics.
  • Financial acumen and budget management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in ship repair & upgradation, shipbuilding, defence technology, equipment sales & services, and weapons & electronics industries.
  • Familiarity with maritime regulations and safety standards.
  • Strong understanding of quality management systems (QMS) and ISO standards.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-disciplinary teams.
