Lead Data Strategist

We are seeking a skilled Lead Data Strategist to drive the development of AI tools for customers.

The successful candidate will utilise large data sets to uncover opportunities for product and process enhancement.

The ideal candidate must possess a proven ability to drive business outcomes with their data-driven insights.

The candidate should be comfortable working with diverse stakeholders and functional teams.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging data to drive business solutions.
  • Analyse data from databases to drive optimisation and improvement of product development and business strategies.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data gathering techniques.
  • Develop custom models and algorithms to apply to data sets.
  • Use predictive modelling to enhance and optimise customer experiences.
  • Coordinate with different functional teams to implement models and monitor outcomes.
  • Analyse large amounts of information to discover trends and patterns.
  • Build predictive models and machine learning algorithms.
  • Present information using data visualisation techniques.

Requirements include 5-8 years of experience manipulating data sets and building statistical models, having a bachelor's or master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or another quantitative field. Familiarity with R, Python, Azure OpenAI services, and other relevant software tools is also required.
