Job Overview:

The Franchise Development & Growth Manager will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify high-potential regions for franchise development and assess offerings by brokers and market players in the region.

Lead Generation: Develop and execute lead generation campaigns to drive franchisee onboarding closures.

Business Transition: Drive timely business transition, account activation, and revenue growth from newly acquired franchisees.

Franchise Retention: Monitor and maintain franchise retention in line with organizational targets and KPIs.

Expansion Opportunities: Identify expansion opportunities within the existing network.

Digital Adoption: Encourage franchisees to adopt digital trading practices, reducing compliance risks and unauthorized trade complaints.

Requirements:

Franchise Acquisition Experience: Proven experience in franchise acquisition, channel sales or partner development with a strong understanding of stock broking.

Negotiation and Relationship Building Skills: Excellent negotiation and relationship building skills with a proven ability to build and manage relationships.

Compliance Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of compliance and regulatory frameworks applicable to the stock broking industry.
