NIHT is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Franchise Development Manager with 38 years of proven experience in expanding franchise networks in the educational industry, especially in the Eastern region. We are looking for someone confident, strategic, and capable of driving real results.
Key Responsibilities
Franchise Development:
Identify and research new markets for franchise expansion within the educational sector.
Build and execute a growth strategy with a focus on Eastern India.
Conduct detailed market analysis to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
Sales & Marketing:
Generate quality leads and build a strong franchisee pipeline.
Deliver impactful presentations on the franchise model, ROI, and growth benefits.
Design and implement marketing initiatives to attract high-potential franchisees.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with franchise partners.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide guidance for business growth.
Organize workshops, training, and review sessions for franchisees.
Skills Required:
Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
Strong networking and relationship-building ability.
Strategic and analytical mindset.
Willingness to travel extensively for franchise development and partner support.
