Electrosurgery Sales Manager Opportunity in Chennai

TranScience, a leading MedTech company in the market leader in electrosurgery space, is seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our business in Tamil Nadu.

About the Role:

  • Achieve primary and secondary AOP of product units and revenue.
  • Develop accurate monthly/quarterly/annual sales plans to meet planned AOP.
  • Drive value propositions to protect ASPs for better margins.
  • Understand competitive products, features, strengths, and tactics for timely modifications of strategy.
  • Appoint or expand distribution networks for market coverage.
  • Monitor distributor performances and set targets for channel teams.
  • Communicate performance and revenue gaps clearly.
  • Forecast distributor performances and review their strategies.
  • Negotiate prices with corporates to maximize profitability.
  • Develop and retain key opinion leaders (KOLs) and top 20 key accounts in assigned markets.
  • Create quality market development activities with KOLs for long-term business associations.
  • Engage customers through workshops, trainings, and COE initiatives.
  • Plan and execute training and technical programs for key hospitals.
  • Maintain positive business relationships with non-medical customers and hospital administrators.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in surgical products, preferably endoscopic range.
  • Extensive experience in the Tamil Nadu market.
  • Familiarity with digital platforms such as MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Will to travel extensively.

Compensation:

We offer a highly competitive salary ranging from ₹25 lakhs to ₹35 lakhs per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition, you will have access to excellent benefits, including medical insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
