Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for achieving primary and secondary AOPs (Agreed Upon Plans) for product units and revenue. This will involve developing accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans to meet these targets. Additionally, the candidate will drive the value proposition to protect Average Selling Prices (ASPs) and maximize profitability.
Key Responsibilities:- Achieve primary and secondary AOPs for product units and revenue
- Develop accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans to meet targets
- Drive the value proposition to protect ASPs and maximize profitability
- Understand competitive products, features, strengths, and tactics to inform strategy adjustments
- Appoint or expand distribution networks for market coverage
- Monitor distributor performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Negotiate prices with corporates to maximize profitability
- Develop and retain Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and top 20 key accounts in assigned markets
- Plan and facilitate training and technical programs for key hospitals
- Engage non-medical customers, hospital administrators, and business management executives to build productive relationships
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering or a related field; a postgraduate degree in Business Management is desirable
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in surgical products, preferably in the endoscopic range
- Extensive experience in the Tamil Nadu market
- Good knowledge of digital platforms, including MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Willingness to travel extensively
We offer a highly competitive salary package, including a base salary of ₹1,200,000 per annum, plus additional benefits such as health insurance, retirement planning, and professional development opportunities.
