Your Role:
In this dynamic position, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction, working on complex problem statements and coordinating issue resolutions.
You will develop expertise in our products to assist customers in maximizing their digital experience, providing end-to-end support during onboarding, collaborating with teams for issue resolution, and fostering strong relationships with customers.
Key qualifications include:
- Proven experience in Customer Success or Relationship Management within the industry
- Bachelor's degree as a minimum educational qualification (Engineering degrees preferred)
- Proficiency in English with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills with a passion for problem-solving
