Job Title: Senior Customer Success Expert

This role is responsible for operational excellence, project management, data analysis and KPI improvement in the cards customer success vertical. The job involves acting as a liaison between internal teams and banks to ensure smooth operations processes, compliance and performance improvement for ATM, POS & ecom transactions and dispute management.

Responsibilities include monitoring and addressing day-to-day operational issues, driving performance improvement through root cause analysis and targeted interventions, providing support to banks on operational issues and daily process improvements, conducting training sessions and maintaining oversight on process advisory groups.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical and data analysis skills, expertise in settlement, reconciliation and dispute management, and a deep understanding of payment products. They will also have excellent communication, drafting and presentation skills, and proven ability in project management and stakeholder management.
