Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Expert to join our team. As a Customer Experience Expert, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless travel experiences for our clients.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will handle real-time on-trip queries from customers, manage escalations efficiently, and provide immediate assistance for any itinerary changes or disruptions.

  • Handle real-time on-trip queries from customers with professionalism and empathy.
  • Manage escalations efficiently and ensure timely resolutions to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, hotels, and transport providers to resolve urgent issues and minimize disruption to our clients' travel plans.
  • Provide immediate assistance for any itinerary changes or disruptions, ensuring that our clients receive continuous updates and support throughout their journey.
Requirements

To succeed as a Customer Experience Expert, you will need:

  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service, travel operations, or a related field.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle complex customer inquiries and situations.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to handle high-pressure situations with ease.
  • Familiarity with travel bookings, reservations, and emergency handling procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and make quick judgments to resolve customer issues effectively.
