As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for managing incoming chats and emails, addressing customer issues, and providing amazing support to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Building and strengthening customer relationships through proactive communication and issue resolution.
- Listens, empathizes, and helps customers achieve their goals.
- Manages incoming chats and emails, handling follow-up conversations as needed.
- Resolves and records customer issues related to business growth, billing, and general account satisfaction.
- Demonstrates the value of our company to customers by providing outstanding support.
- Bachelor's degree preferred in English, Journalism, or a related field.
- Excellent written communication skills, especially in English.
- Ability to multitask, think quickly on your feet, and remain calm under pressure.
- Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
