Key Responsibilities
  • Building and strengthening customer relationships through proactive communication and issue resolution.
  • Listens, empathizes, and helps customers achieve their goals.
  • Manages incoming chats and emails, handling follow-up conversations as needed.
  • Resolves and records customer issues related to business growth, billing, and general account satisfaction.
  • Demonstrates the value of our company to customers by providing outstanding support.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred in English, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Excellent written communication skills, especially in English.
  • Ability to multitask, think quickly on your feet, and remain calm under pressure.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
