Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Associate/Senior Associate in the Deal Value Creation Services department. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to contribute to the success of our clients and grow their career in a dynamic environment.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive management information systems (MIS) frameworks aligned with investment strategies and operational needs, with a strong focus on the private equity sector. They will also review control and monitoring mechanisms, establish and track critical key performance indicators (KPIs) periodically, and perform gap analysis. Additionally, they will conduct deep-dive diagnostic reviews of financial statements and industry benchmarking, develop financial models, and provide industry-specific insights into key financial ratios and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement MIS frameworks aligned with investment strategies and operational needs.
  • Review control and monitoring mechanisms, establish and track critical KPIs periodically.
  • Conduct deep-dive diagnostic reviews of financial statements and industry benchmarking.
  • Develop financial models and provide industry-specific insights into key financial ratios and KPIs.
  • Assist clients in integrations, separations, and carve-outs, including planning and managing 'Day 1 Activities' for seamless business transitions.
  • Support deal execution by providing timely and accurate data analysis, financial modeling, and decision-making insights.
  • Lead functional workstreams, conduct interviews and workshops, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement services effectively.
  • Facilitate extensive interactions with senior client representatives, providing status updates, gathering feedback, and aligning deliverables with client objectives.
