Expansion Associate

We are seeking a talented professional to scale our revenue streams through sales and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing strategic initiatives that drive business growth.

The successful associate will have the opportunity to work directly with our founders and growth team, collaborating on campaign development, analyzing results, and implementing process improvements.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Sales Execution: Generate and qualify leads, conduct outreach via calls and emails, support deal closure and relationship building.
  • Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute campaigns across various channels, including social media and email, track performance, and suggest optimization opportunities.
  • Growth Optimization: Analyze customer journeys, identify drop-off points, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and share insights with leadership.
