About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Associate - Portfolio Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and growing a portfolio of corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of mid-sized corporate clients in the Amravati region, driving revenue growth and enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Credit assessment, client acquisition, relationship management, and cross-selling financial products to meet customer needs.
  • Evaluate portfolio quality and performance targets, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Requirements:
  • At least 10 years of experience in Mid-Market Group (MMG) banking, with a strong understanding of credit analysis and risk management.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaborate with stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
  • Knowledge of banking regulations and industry trends, with the ability to apply this expertise to drive business growth.
  • Experience with credit analysis and risk management, including assessing portfolio quality and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
