Job Title: Pricing Senior Associate

The primary role of a pricing senior associate involves evaluating deals for IT services. This entails gathering input from various teams and translating it into compelling deal commercials.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of a customer pricing presentation sheet, including listing key deal commercial terms and conditions.
  • Ensuring deal commercials align with appropriate risk protection against international taxation, global labor laws, etc.
  • Contract redlining, review, and discussion with the internal team (delivery, legal, business, etc.) and participation in customer negotiations.
  • Preparation of deal P&L as per IFRS, deal cash flow, and balance sheet.
  • Preparation of the deal termination schedule.
  • Identification of accounting treatment of cost items in the deal P&L aligned with accounting standards (GAAP and IFRS).
  • Coordination with multiple internal teams for cost inputs and deal solution discussion.
  • Ability to identify commercial and contracting risks in the deal, highlight these to leadership, and suggest or deploy mitigation approaches.
  • Collaboration with other finance functions on reporting and accounting requirements.
  • Ability to multitask between priorities to meet all organizational deadlines and quality expectations.
  • Interface and coordination with the development team on system enhancements, responsible for strong internal controls.
