Sales Leader

As a Sales Leader, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive sales growth and expand the customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute tactical plans to achieve sales targets and enhance market share.
  • Maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships built on trust and reliability.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed key performance indicators.
  • Monitor sales metrics and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and opportunities for expansion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for campaign alignment and synergy.
  • Manage high-value clients directly when required and ensure seamless account management.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance updates to senior leadership.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Prior experience in managing a sales team is essential.
  • Strong understanding of CRM tools (like Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are required.
