Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Sales Growth Strategist to join our team. As a Sales Growth Strategist, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in select high-potential markets across India.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the building materials industry and a strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

You will work closely with local teams to understand ground realities, support clients' local sales teams in designing and executing growth strategies, and identify and activate growth levers in assigned priority markets.

This is a 12-month contract with flexible base location and competitive salary based on experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in sales and distribution, ideally in the building materials sector (ceramics, tiles, etc.)
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Hands-on experience in on-ground sales execution and distributor/channel engagement
  • Top-tier MBA or Chartered Accountant (CA) preferred
