About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Key Account Sales Strategist. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth across assigned regions.
Main Responsibilities- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities across various industries, including manufacturing, hospitality, healthcare, and insurance.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement tailored sales strategies to meet customer needs and exceed performance KPIs.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate the regional sales team to achieve outstanding results.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product and marketing teams to drive promotions, product launches, and brand awareness campaigns.
- Reporting and Analytics: Prepare regular sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior leadership.
