">The Role

We seek a Director of Client Services to lead our client relationships in India and beyond.

This role will set the standard for how we engage with senior client stakeholders, ensuring delivery teams are always ahead of the curve, and building long-term trust that fuels growth.

You will oversee a client service team that translates business goals into creative action, spot opportunities before clients ask, and be the go-to person for clients seeking guidance.

  • Own relationships with senior marketing decision-makers across enterprise and fast-growth tech accounts and drive revenue growth.
  • Guide internal teams to deliver strategies, campaigns, and content that meet business needs.
  • Anticipate client requirements and bring proactive solutions.
  • Balance commercial thinking with creative sensibility - keeping margins, timelines, and impact in check.
  • Develop, coach, and grow the client services team into consultative partners.
  • Call out when 'good enough' isn't good enough - and show what better looks like.
  • Partner with leadership to shape proposals, pitches, and new market entries.
Requirements
  • 12+ years in client service (agency side, B2B is a plus).
  • Strong ability to hold a room with senior CMOs and marketing leaders.
  • Someone who can manage both detail and direction.
  • Track record of running multi-market accounts.
  • An instinct for commercial growth as much as delivery discipline.
