We are seeking a skilled Account Growth Manager to join our team. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring delivery of high-quality services and driving revenue growth.
- Owning key accounts through strategic planning and execution
- Developing client-centric delivery plans that meet their goals and objectives
- Managing contracts and negotiations to ensure successful outcomes
- Maintaining a talent pool aligned to client needs
- Tracking account health and pipeline performance
Requirements:
- 1-5 years of experience in Account Management or Business Development in IT Services/Consulting or Staffing
- Proven track record of revenue growth and stakeholder management
- Contract management, negotiation, and billing experience
- Knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies
Nice to Have:
- MSP/VMS experience and compliance governance
- Prior recruitment operations exposure
