Job Title: Key Account Manager - Wellness

As a Key Account Manager for our wellness product range, you will be responsible for developing strong relationships with Architects, Builders, Dealers and Interior Designers. You will visit them regularly, make courtesy calls and have one-on-one meetings to understand their needs and provide solutions.

The key responsibilities of this role include:
">- ">
- Regularly communicating with builders and Architects throughout the project cycle, addressing their concerns and providing updates.">
- Developing a customized presentation showcasing your product range, addressing the builders specific needs.">
- Emphasizing the return on investment (ROI) your products offer, including cost savings, increased efficiency, and enhanced customer satisfaction.">
- Targeting builders and Architects with projects that align well with your product offerings.">
- Collaborating with dealers to maximize product display within their showrooms using Correct Display Matrix.">
- Proactively identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities through dealer counters.">
- Guiding the sales generation specialist team to effectively convert leads and opportunities into revenue.">
- Submitting a weekly action plan in advance to the Sr. Team Leader and providing a weekly progress report detailing customer interactions and way forward.">
- Collaborating with other divisions to generate business from these segments of market and looking at opportunities to cross-sell the concept of wellness.">
- Gathering and sharing competitors' activity, product development and any other benchmarking.">
- Promoting new products at dealer counters, with builders & architects and building a prospect bank of those new products.">

Qualifications:

This is an individual contributor role located in the department of wellness. The required skills and qualifications include:

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.">
- A strong understanding of wellness products and their benefits.">
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software (preferred) and Sales software.">
- Must have experience of high-end brand sales function.">
