Regional Growth Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Regional Growth Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be accountable for managing the entire process of lead generation, sales, and business development in your assigned region.

Key Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for developing and implementing client acquisition campaigns and lead generation strategies to drive business growth in the designated area. Additionally, you will be accountable for service delivery and ensuring client retention.

You will provide market intelligence, data analytics, and insights to support the Marketing team in launching targeted promotional initiatives. You will also be accountable for achieving targets in your designated area.

Some of your key tasks will include:

  • Maintaining a deep understanding of the local market and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Developing and executing regional marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and drive sales.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with existing clients to ensure 100% coverage of new projects launched by them.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A degree in Business Administration or a related field, with 3-5 years of experience in B2B/Channel sales.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, marketing, and business development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
