Job Purpose

· Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and clients within the region. This often involves regular meetings and communication to understand customer needs and address any concerns.

· Sales Forecasting: Creating sales forecasts and budgets for the region, tracking sales performance, and reporting progress to senior management.

· Product Knowledge: Staying knowledgeable about the company's products or services and being able to effectively communicate their value to customers.

· Sales Training: Providing ongoing training and development opportunities for the sales team to improve their selling skills and product knowledge.

· Performance Evaluation: Assessing the performance of sales representatives through regular reviews and evaluations, providing feedback, and implementing performance improvement plans when necessary.

· Sales Process Improvement: Continuously improving the sales processes and methodologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
