Regional Growth Strategist

We are seeking a key member of our team to drive business growth and expansion in the designated region. This individual will oversee B2B relationships with educational institutions, ensure consistent engagement, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage B2B relationships with educational institutions like colleges and universities.
  • Develop and implement strategies to onboard new clients and ensure sustainable growth.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
  • Lead the onboarding process of new educational institutions.
  • Provide necessary training and support to clients.
  • Maintain and manage CRM systems to track progress, client issues, and feedback.
  • Regularly analyze growth metrics and ensure goals are met.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 years in account management, preferably in EdTech or Portal Promotion.
  • Prior experience in managing B2B accounts, especially within the education sector.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong ability to build relationships and manage accounts effectively.
  • In-depth knowledge of the EdTech industry and familiarity with CRM tools.
  • A result-driven mindset with a passion for growth.
