
Key Account Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Client Relationship Manager to drive our business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients, building strong relationships with existing ones, and contributing to our expansion strategy.
About the Role:
- Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential clients through various channels, including events, referrals, data analysis, and cold calling.
- Relationship Building: Onboard new clients, provide continuous support, and foster long-term relationships to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Business Development: Meet monthly/quarterly acquisition targets, contribute to business growth, and identify new market opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Commerce (or equivalent).
- NISM 8 certification required.
- Prior experience in client acquisition, sales, or financial services is an advantage.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Hunger for growth, willingness to hustle, and genuine interest in financial markets.
- Location: Flexible, open to travel for client meetings.
