Role Description

We are hiring a Growth Specialist for a part-time, freelance, remote role. As a Growth Specialist, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness, audience growth, and lead generation through targeted strategies and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute growth strategies aligned with brand and business goals
  • Optimize company and leadership profiles for maximum visibility
  • Plan and run both organic and paid campaigns
  • Generate high-quality B2B leads through outbound and inbound techniques
  • Conduct competitor and industry analysis to inform strategy
  • Monitor campaign performance and report key insights regularly
  • Engage with relevant communities, groups, and prospects to grow audience organically
  • Stay updated with algorithm changes and best practices
Job Type:

Part-time / Freelance

Compensation:

INR 600 – 800 per hour (based on experience)

Job Timing:

Night Shift IST

Working Hours:

Flexible schedule between 7:30 PM – 12:30 AM IST

Qualifications
  • Proven track record in growing presence and engagement for B2B brands
  • Expertise in Ads Manager and other relevant ad tools
  • Deep understanding of 's algorithm, content strategies, and engagement mechanics
  • Strong copywriting skills tailored to professional audiences
  • Data-driven with experience using analytics and performance dashboards
  • Strategic thinker with a creative approach to content and campaign development
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional remote teams
