As a Regional Leader, you will oversee student recruitment across multiple regions, driving regional plans and agent network development to achieve student enrolment targets. This role demands exceptional leadership skills, strategic oversight, and strong interpersonal abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of Student Recruitment Managers (SRMs) across regions.
  • Set clear performance goals and ensure achievement of individual and regional KPIs.
  • Conduct regular reviews, training, and coaching to drive performance and capability.
  • Develop and execute regional recruitment strategies in line with global objectives.
  • Analyse regional trends and market activity to inform strategy.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Oversee SRMs in building and expanding agent networks.
  • Ensure consistent engagement and training across all partner relationships.
  • Represent the organisation in high-level meetings with key partners.
  • Work closely with marketing, admissions, and compliance teams to improve conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with university partners to strengthen brand visibility.
  • Establish best practices for efficient operations and effective recruitment activities.
  • Drive results against agreed student recruitment targets.
  • Monitor and report on SRM and regional performance, identifying risks and corrective actions.
  • Represent the organisation at regional and international events.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
  • Minimum 6–10 years of experience in higher education student recruitment, with at least 3 years in a managerial/leadership role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing teams and achieving regional targets.
  • Strong understanding of international education markets.
  • Exceptional leadership and people management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, networking, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and deliver results within tight timelines.
  • High level of professionalism, initiative, and independence.
