Talent Acquisition Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with a large banking institution on high-volume recruitment initiatives while leading and supporting a team of recruiters.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will oversee and manage the recruitment life cycle for one of our key clients, working closely with Recruitment Account Managers and Recruitment Managers to provide timely updates and support.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with contractors and consultants to ensure contract renewals and terminations are handled in a timely manner.
  • Support the HR Manager with the onboarding of newly hired contractors, consultants, and employees.
  • Create and maintain effective spreadsheets to track various items such as issue logs, interview logs, job posting logs, candidate logs, and action item logs.
  • Attend team meetings and client meetings.
  • Set up meetings and make reservations for senior management.
  • Provide support with managing the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring new jobs are opened and updated daily.
  • Submit candidates on the client portal.
  • Review and track updates published on the client portal.
  • Leverage principles of candidate sourcing and screening to identify top talent.
  • Support coordinating background checks and contract renewals.
  • Monitor recruiter performance, provide feedback, and implement process improvements.
  • Support recruitment directly when needed during high-volume periods.
  • Support recruitment managers with creating Monthly KPI Reports (Key Performance Indicators).
Qualifications:
  • University Degree
  • Excellent English oral and written skills, fluency in English is strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of MS Office Suite and recruitment tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and manage competing priorities.
